Pulse Dust Collector

Preliminary separation: Separating larger particles from the air through methods such as cyclones or gravity sedimentation.
Filtration: The air passes through filter media such as filter elements, filter bags or filter cartridges, and fine particles are captured on the surface or inside the filter media.
Clean the filter: Regularly clean the filter surface through back blowing, vibration or pulse injection to maintain filtration efficiency.
Exhaust clean air: The filtered clean air is exhausted to complete the entire dust removal process.
Electrostatic separator
The electrostatic separator is a high-efficiency separation equipment, mainly used to achieve separation by utilizing the electrical differences of materials. The device works by applying charges to different components in a mixture and then exposing them to a strong electric field. Under the influence of an electric field, materials with different charge properties move in different directions, enabling effective separation. Specific gravity separator
Specific gravity separator is a device used to separate materials based on differences in density. Its working principle is to use air flow, vibration and tilting of the screen bed to stratify materials with different densities on the separation bed. The heavier materials settle to the bottom layer, while the lighter materials float on the upper layer and are discharged from different outlets respectively.
