Project Introduction
The design scale of the project is to process 20,000 tons of garbage per year and covers an area of nearly 1,000 square meters. The large garbage crusher adopts a hydraulic transmission system, which has stronger processing capacity and wider processing range. It is mainly used to dispose of bulky waste such as discarded sofas, mattresses, furniture and garden waste.
Introduction to equipment processing process
Bulky waste enters the crushing and sorting system through the loading chain plate conveyor. The crushed metal materials are sorted through magnetic separation equipment and recycled. Other combustible materials, such as metals, are transported by garbage collection trucks to waste incineration plants to generate electricity, while items that cannot be burned should be landfilled. The entire treatment process only takes a few minutes, realizing resource utilization and reducing a large amount of domestic waste.
