Middle East Clients Visit Tire Recycling Machine

A Valuable Exchange on Tire Recycling Technology

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of Middle East clients to our state-of-the-art tire recycling plant.

This visit offered key opportunities for technical exchange and business collaboration in environmental recycling and sustainable development.
During the visit, our team detailed the entire production line. First, waste tires are turned into rubber blocks via tire crushing equipment. Then, unqualified blocks are sent back to the crushing equipment through a screening system for further crushing, while qualified ones enter the next system.

Showcasing Advanced Tire Shredding Equipment in Action

At the core of our demonstration was our high-performance Tire Shredding Equipment, designed to process various types of waste tires into uniform rubber chips and powder.

The visiting clients witnessed:

  • Primary shredding: Whole tires being reduced into rubber strips

  • Secondary shredding: Finer breakdown into chips of 50–150 mm

  • Steel separation: Efficient removal of steel wires for clean output

  • Dust control systems: Ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment

Our engineers explained how the equipment is engineered for durability, energy efficiency, and continuous heavy-duty operation—meeting the diverse demands of regional recycling facilities.

We believe that this exchange will foster further cooperation. Moreover, it will help bring efficient tire recycling systems to more regions around the world.

Looking Ahead: Turning Waste Into Value

As global awareness of environmental responsibility grows, investing in a reliable tire recycling plant has become a smart and necessary move for many businesses. Our commitment is to provide cutting-edge Tire Shredding Equipment and complete recycling solutions tailored to regional needs.

We look forward to working closely with our Middle East partners to help turn waste tires into valuable resources—and to build a cleaner, more sustainable future together.
